water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LUNCH- 1.5 oz of steak, 3 sauteed mushrooms, one whole halved grilled zucchini with sea salt&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;MID DAY SNACK- none&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DINNER- diced tomato, diced zucchini, diced mushroom, diced asparagus, diced red onion, lots of diced garlic all reduced down via saute and only ate 1 cup serving amount, saved the rest for
